THROWBACK SATURDAYS: Candi Staton - He Called Me Baby

Patsy Cline tracked “He Called Me Baby” during her last recording sessions in 1963. the track was issued after her death and became a top 25 country hit in early ‘64. others, including most recently one eskimo, have found inspiration in versions of this song, but it’s Candi Staton’s take that really does it the justice it deserves. check it.
