We last covered B3 duo-fave abhi//dijon for their perfectly-sultry r&b slow-burner “Like A Bird” which is a single off the duo’s recently-released very-excellent Stay Up EP. We dig the duo’s delicate r&b good-vibes sentimentality and romance-centered mindset on the lot of “Stay Up” yet are drawn to several tracks in particular. We like the exquisitely stylized hip-hop beats/r&b hybrid production dynamics of the EP’s first single “Wait” (discussed on B3 in July), the gorgeous short and sweet acoustic guitar led track “Him” (featured here) and the EP’s final track called “Apple Pie” which adds a nice soft and sultry melodic jazz-inspired finish to the album.
