Ghost Loft – So High

Ghost-Loft-So-High

New production authority, Ghost Loft, aka Danny Choi, recently dropped his latest track, “So High”. Other than sounding strikingly like it’s title, “So High” breathes expansive nostalgia from classic R&B and pop ballads (U2 we’re looking at you). Sample “So High” below and pick it up on the forthcoming Kitusne America 2 compilation which drops at the end of April.

MS MR – Fantasy (NICITA Remix)

msmr2

Sometimes, the best person to remix a track might be someone who deals with the band on a regular basis. For this MS MR “Fantasy” remix, the Brooklyn duo turned to their producer/drummer Zach Nicita aka NICITIA, who took the most recent single and made it better. Adding a wall of percussion and staying true to the original track, NICITA might be getting more requests to bring fresh ears on other tracks. Kudos to Phoebe Severin for bringing this to B3SCI’s attention. By Brian Litwin

Rising producer Amtrac dials up the mansion, the yacht and the Elmer J. Fudd millionaire on this “outer space luxury” version of the much remixed “Gold” track from Bondax. We promise this one is worth it.

Premiere: Big Black Delta – Side of the Road (Emperor Machine Special Extended Dub Remix)

Side Of The Road (Emperor Machine Special Extended Dub)

To excite a bit more fervor and zeal (if you’re cool like us and into BBD, you should already be brimming with excitement) for their upcoming debut record, Big Black Delta today released the official remix to the their recently P4K Best New Music’d “Side of the Road”. Courtesy of UK producer Emperor Machine, this dub remix grinds out the original, processes it down and then smooths it out into a thinly compressed groove-heavy gem. We’re doing a head bop and so should you as B3’s got your premiere waiting below just a Soundcloud player away. Bop to it with us.

Ifan Dafydd – Llonydd (Feat. Alys Williams)

ifandafydd2

Insanely talented electronic musician and Welsh language enthusiast Ifan Dafydd is back with a new track today in the form of the kinetic & beautiful “Llonydd”. If the Andromeda Galaxy had a quiet storm R&B station (and if they spoke Welsh) “Llonydd” would likely dominate its’ “late night” “grown” rotation. A part of a new out-today 10″ compilation spotlighting rising Welsh artists, you can find “Llonydd” via Recordiau Lilwgar.

Christina Aguilera – Let There Be Love (ArkAngel Remix)

Christina Aguilera let there be love

Right OK. We can’t believe how much this new Xtina remix rules either (read the first appearance on b3sci of the phrase “Xtina remix rules”). The b3 team doffs our collective hats to L.A. DJ ArkAngel for pulling of a feat of Herculean (something like cleaning the Augean Stables) scale by rinsing “Let There Be Love” into something all fresh, shimmery & awesome. We’re jamming to it.

AlunaGeorge – Attracting Flies (Baauer Remix)

alunageorge

The formula is simple for AlunaGeorge. Write a great song and let it explode all over the internet. Next, take one of the bigger DJ/producers out there, have them remix the song and create even more buzz. Earlier it was Hudson Mohawke, now it’s “Harlem Shake” creator Baauer. The math is simple people, just enjoy. By Brian Litwin

Rustie – Triadzz

Rustie

Massive. Loud. Rowdy. Rustie knows how to rule the dance party. All dub and club, “Triadzz” is the second of two new singles from the Scottish producer. He cleans house with this electronic track’s massive buildup and killer drops. “Triadzz” may even make those electro skeptics bob their heads a bit. By Phoebe Anne Severin
