Fragments is the debut full-length album from bicoastal NY/LA electronic psych-pop project Drinker. The album is the triumphant coalescence of writing, recording and countless cross-country flights over the last two years, set in motion when one half of the duo moved west, splitting the project between coasts. The culmination is nine stunning pieces of slinking, downcast electronic arrangements with psych-tinged indie rock accents, recalling the likes of Moderat, Bon Iver and Elliot Moss. Synesthetic, cinematic, and lush, Fragments will lull the listener into a trance.
Drinker is singer-songwriter Aaron Mendelsohn and producer Ariel Loh.
