Although “Faces” dropped earlier this year as part of Young Veggies’ Life Changes project, the L.A. emcee’s still in active promo mode for the mixtape; and that include this Dom Kennedy-featuring remix for “Faces” which also includes a few brand new bars from Casey V.

German producer Doc Daneeka’s latest Walk On In leads with one of those warm “Boiler Room” or “Jamie xx” style jack beats and builds (with perfect tension-building aplomb) a sharp blend of vocal loops and dynamic shifting synths. A+ track.

Aussies via L.A. Miami Horror announce the very nice new synth pop single “Colours In The Sky” on Neon Gold. The follow-up to the also quite strong “Real Slow”, “Colours In The Sky”‘s quality is indicative of a band w/ their arrow pointed firmly up.

Sabi, who is probably best known for her featured vocals on Cobra Starship’s Billboard Top 10 “You Make Me Feel” (good news is “Love Sounds” is nothing like that), channels Jhene Aiko or maybe even Janet Jackson w/ latest joint “Love Sounds”. The Ryan McDermott-produced track features a sultry vibe and R&B-melodicism w/ just enough of hip hop production elements to keep things relevant. Sabi’s upcoming 0-60 project is coming soon.

We’re loving the lighter-than-air easy impact sound of “Move On” from BLDG5 Records artists Garden City Movement. The sweeping cinematic nature of “Move On”, we imagine, would make a trip your next music-aided grocery store or post office trip quite a bit more dramatic.
