Just saw this post this morning and was shocked by the similarity. This is just a weird, weird coincidence how similar these songs sound. I wrote In The Pouring Rain a while ago but have been sitting on it until now. It was actually inspired by an old Velvet Underground song. On the positive side, I’m glad to be introduced to the Orwells, listened to some of their songs this morning, they fuckin rock
