When I sing along to “Slack” by Skanky, it feels like I am in New Kids On The Block; harmonizing simple lyrics, for the ladies approval, with a special funk. The 80s boy band might be corny now, but they hit the right notes for some of our mothers back then. By Teddy Pendergrass
