Skream – Anticipate (Feat. Sam Frank)

One of dubstep’s progenitors Skream takes a more mainstream turn on “Anticipate”. The track, which features frequent collaborator Sam Frank, adopts perhaps a more broadly palatable sound. While this is likely at least one notch above something you’d find Flo Rida rapping over, the broad chord jabs, the pulsing downbeats, it’s definitely something a little new for Skream. That aside, the song on its own, what is its quality? Well we, for one, are into it. Pop or not, it’s a big track that should find ample spins in big rooms all over the world.
