The 1975 – Sex (Ryan Hemsworth Remix)

What happens when one of the hottest bands in the world links up with one of the hottest producers in the world? Other than the obvious answer of something you need to listen to, there’s this remix that Ryan Hemsworth recently did for title track from The 1975’s forthcoming Sex EP. Hemsworth meticulously transforms the uptempo pop-rock anthem into a laid back, beat-swaggered strut. Earmilk had the premier for the track earlier today, be sure to check it out and grab a free download while you can. You can pick up the Sex EP on 11/19 via Dirty Hit/Vagrant.

Hitch a magic carpet ride on this blues-ridden psychedelic blast through time. A time when rock and roll reigned supreme and peace, love, guitars and LSD all seemed so synonymous.

B.o.B. – We Still In This Bitch (Feat. T.I. & Juicy J)

Bobby Ray continues on that longest road back to street credibility. “We Still In This Bitch” starts with a big Mike Will beat, adds big features from Tip and Juicy “I Will say no to no one” J ratchet man, and ices it with that “street crunch” that ensures hip hop radio playlisting. Throw dem bandz.

Jonti – Saturday Night

The b3sci crew can’t resist the siren’s bleat of a good ukulele tune. The cool team at Stones Throw let loose today “Saturday Night” by Australian artist Jonti; and as far as ukulele tunes go, the vaguely exotic sounding track is a definite keeper.

Josh Kumra – Waiting For You

We’ve been fans of rising UK songwriter Josh Kumra for a little while now. “Waiting For You”, his newest track, is one of those “put it all together” moments. Kumra’s realized here potential hinted at in previous singles and focused through one soulful, hook-laden, skillfully-crafted pop track.

Denitia Odigie – Desert Hearts

Denitia Odigie is an artist that if you’re not as of yet, you need to get familiar with. Her latest “Desert Hearts” is great and a sound that is fresh, new, interesting, all that. If you’ve got any kind of 2012 R&B nu-garage sort of fatigue Ms. Odigie should put it to rest pretty quickly.
