TULPA & BLANKTS – Blueblack

Often times songs are made to tell stories, like this tune called “Blueblack” by Tulpa and Blankts. The style is ethereal and breathy, giving the track a dreamy atmosphere. I’m sitting swaying in my seat while I write this because it’s just too good. Songs like these give me life.

Portugal. The Man – Feel It Still (ojivolta Remix)

Ojivolta returns with a new flip of Portugal. The Man. They’ve been one of my favorite bands for a long time now so I was insanely excited to hear what they came up with. The song is creative and pushes the envelope of bass music. Head over to SoundCloud to hear more.

Thyla – Pristine Dream

The latest upstart crew from the fertile wilds of Brighton UK we’re digging are Thyla and their song “Pristine Dream”. “Pristine Dream” earns it’s dough on a big cacophonous chorus highlighted by singer Millie Duthie’s outsized lead vocal. “Pristine Dream” is out now on REX Records.
