Metoux – Neighbor

metoux

On May 26th NY-based Parisian fashionista duo and music label Kitsuné is set to release the fourth installment of their America compilation which features tracks from artists; Metoux, Kacy Hill, Twin Peaks, and Toro Y Moi. With its incredibly catchy hook the compilation’s moody lo-fi atmospheric first single “Neighbor” from Canadian producer/DJ Metoux is a dynamite lead in to unraveling its sound. Jason Burns & Sarah Winters – Lightweight (Dr. Fresch Remix)

drfresch

House vet Dr. Fresch elects for a darker stepped-up edge on remix for Jason Burns production with Sarah Winters’ “Lightweight”. For the mix, Fresch infuses a four-on-the-floor beat, and slightly metallic grimier synths to add a cool dynamic to more far-off feel of the original track. We are into it.
