“Who U Are” is the third and final track from Duly Noted Records artist J Tropic’s debut “Love Up” EP. “Who U Are” rides a trendy break and varied instrumentation but really excels in the melodic writing department as the track’s phrasing hooks are like little tiny homing darts of tunefulness and excellence impossible to miss or resist.
