Best we’ve heard thusfar from Kenton. “Top of the World” is breakthrough type shit. The track features a Passion Pit sample which will no doubt bring more curious ears to the song. Usually, these “indie sample” mixtape rap tracks fall flat for us and a song that may seem OK after listen 1 or 2 sounds boooooring by listen 5 or 6 (if you ever get that far). “Top of the World” is not one of those tracks. this just makes me want to here the next part of the pp song right after the sample in this song. annoying. Im sure it would be cool if i had never heard the song before.
