Tomas Barfod – Came To Party

Thomas Barfod recently unveiled some rad visuals for “Came To Party” off his Salton Sea LP. The Lindsay MacKay directed video does well to showcase the track’s erratic accord and deep nature composition. You can also pick up the song on a new Came To Party EP which also includes a pretty hot Salva remix.

New music from Blur is always cause to celebrate! Today the band released some lyric based visuals for two new tracks “The Puritan” and “Under the Westway”. VAULT: Futurebirds – Ski Chalet (Live)

Georgia natives, Futurebirds are a reverb-heavy alt-country act that I’ve been spending time lots of time with. How can you not immediately fell in love with this song and live performance? Ski Chalet offers up a masterful introduction that primes the listener for five minutes of good ole rock & roll. The melodic transitions in this song are truly something else. Futurebirds have released one album Hampton’s Lullaby and two EP’s, Futurebirds and Via Flamina. Pick up one of their discs asap. By Trevor Meyer
