“In Tents” is the debut track from Iles. “In Tents” moves about a whirl of tremolo guitars and lo-fi mixed rhythm and vocal tracks to create a romantic-sounding bit of creative rock and roll. Into it.
The stunning “Shallows” is the second single online for Melbourne AU artist Boats. Excerpted from the Australian artist’s upcoming debut EP, “Shallows” commands a beautiful almost choral church-dwelling fidelity that does very well to enhance and magnify the track’s really gorgeous set of melodic phrases. We are in love. Stream the B3 Premiere of “Shallows” by Boats below.

Interview by Bruce Rave.
The Church is running strong decades after they graced the world with “Under the Milky Way Tonight” and other 80’s gems. They just completed a strong US tour and highly-buzzed SXSW run with great live shows. Their current “Further Deeper” album has been well-received. Bruce Rave was the band’s original US A&R exec. The two discuss current happenings for the band, and also delve very candidly into a label relationship that didn’t turn out well for The Church or for Bruce as their A&R guy.
Hear Bruce’s “Go Deep With Bruce Rave” weekly new music show on Indie1031/Los Angeles, KX 93.5-FM/Laguna Beach, and WSUM-FM/Madison. Details and archived shows can be found on his blog and be sure to follow Bruce on Twitter too!

“Let Me Be” is the debut track from the new duo of Danish singer Marie Dahlstrom and Canadian producer Mawhs, Hans Island. On “Let Me Be”, the lead song from an upcoming self-titled EP, Mawhs’ low-touch and infectious in its repetition instrumental fits the perfect frame for Dahlstrom’s wonderfully emotive alto. Enjoy the B3 Premiere of “Let Me Be” from Hans Island.
