Fanfarlo -“I’m A Pilot” and “Luna”

fanfarlo11

Fanfarlo – I’m A Pilot
Fanfarlo – Luna

Fanfarlo fuse brit and indie-pop with unique orchestration including glock, saw, melodica, clarinet, accordion, “noise” and of course the fanfarlophone (??? yes we know… what the fuck?). These guys are of the few new acts out there actually worthy of their buzz.

For a point of reference, Fanfarlo are like London’s answer to the Arcade Fire. Merely a reference for their musical ambition, and therefore it’s a compliment. Besides, they are less theatric… and there’s no funeral theme..
